South Georgia ASA Softball will be hosting an18u A National Qualifier for Georgia Only Teams. 

One berth will be given in each age group.

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE TO BE ENTERED!

Teams can begin checking-in at 5:00 PM Friday afternoon and 7:00 AM Saturday morning.
Coaches need to bring their ACE card and photo ID to check in. Coaches will use ASA ID and ACE Card for Entry to the park.  Coaches must show PHOTO ID card to be admitted.

All teams will be required to have individual ASA registration cards.

Deadline to enter is May 12, 2012.   Per Georgia ASA guideline any team that withdraws after midnight on Thursday May 12, but before noon on the day of the draw, will recieve a refund for the entry fee minus a $100 administration fee.  Any team that withdraws after noon on Monday May 16 will not receive any refund,

Blind draw will take place at 5:00 PM on May 16, 2011. This was changed to allow time for the Monday mail to be checked for entries mailed prior to the deadline. 1st game times will be posted on the web site below.  Brackets will be e-mailed to the all teams by 6 PM Tuesday.  Any team wishing to watch the draw may do so via skype or in person.  For skype instructions, just search for my name, Ty.Rietkovich, and then call in.  For in-person directions for the draw, please e-mail me prior to Noon on Sunday and I will send you directions.

Teams should plan to play on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  We will have to play at least 2 sets of games on Friday night. We will draw brackets based on the number of entries.  Then we will blind draw teams into slots in those brackets.  Therefore playing on Friday night or not will be totally random and not by request.

ANY TEAM THAT PRE-REGISTERS AND THEN SECURES A BERTH IN A PRIOR QUALIFIER WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF PLAYING OR RECEIVING A FULL REFUND.
